Nathan Lams

Nathan (Nate) Lams currently serves as General Manager, Head of Strategy, Procurement and Legal for ArcelorMittal North America, reporting to John Brett.

Nate has 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. He started his career as analyst with Ispat Inland Steel in 2003. After the merger in 2008, he became senior analyst for strategic planning and analysis at ArcelorMittal USA, then lead analyst in 2011. After two years, in 2013, he took up the role of manager of Indiana Harbor cost accounting, prior to his appointment as director strategic planning and analysis in 2016, first at ArcelorMittal USA, then at ArcelorMittal North America in 2020.
