Rob Whitmore serves as the Executive Vice President of Blanking at ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas (AMTB), reporting directly to Todd Baker, the President and CEO. This marks Rob’s second tenure at AMTB, having previously held Vice President roles in operations, engineering, sales, and program management.

Between his two stints at AMTB, Rob was the Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing Technology and Continuous Improvement at Samuel & Son Co., where he managed the corporate quality and engineering groups for five years. He also has extensive experience from his twelve years at Noble International in various roles and eight years at Stelco Inc. in Metallurgy and Technical Services.

Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from McMaster University in Canada and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Australia.
