Kathy Reyhany is the Chief Human Resources Officer of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas (AMTB), reporting directly to Todd Baker, the President and CEO. With over 25 years of experience, Kathy has held a variety of senior leadership roles and has significant expertise in human resources and labor relations functions within the manufacturing.

Before joining AMTB, Kathy held progressive global HR leadership roles at a large CPG manufacturing organization, as well as within the retail, education, and finance industries.

Kathy graduated from York University with an honors double major in Psychology and Communication Studies. She is also a Certified Human Resources Executive, accredited by the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.
