Darren Spears serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas (AMTB), reporting directly to Todd Baker, the President and CEO. overseeing all aspects of treasury and financial management for the company.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the automotive industry, Darren has held senior leadership roles in purchasing, commercial operations, and finance. Prior to joining AMTB, he served as Vice President of Finance at Matcor-Matsu Automotive, where he played a key role in financial strategy and operations.

Darren holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). His extensive experience and financial expertise contribute significantly to AMTB’s strategic goals and financial health.
