Ben Orler serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas (AMTB), reporting directly to Todd Baker, the President and CEO.

With a decade of dedicated service at AMTB, Ben has held pivotal roles including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, showcasing his versatility and leadership within the organization.

Prior to joining AMTB, Ben accumulated extensive experience in the automotive industry. He spent nearly a decade as General Manager at Magna International, overseeing the management and launch of multiple facilities across Europe, Canada, the US, and Thailand. He also served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Wagon Automotive, as well as Vice President of Engineering at Inalfa Roof Systems. Earlier in his career, Ben was Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Peregrine.

Ben holds bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Missouri State University, underpinning his strong technical foundation and strategic vision in driving AMTB’s growth and innovation in the automotive sector.
