Marcia Miller

Marcia Miller serves as vice president of government relations for ArcelorMittal North America, with specific responsibility for all government relations activities of ArcelorMittal USA. She joined ArcelorMittal in 2007 as senior director for federal government relations in Washington, D.C.
Prior to ArcelorMittal, she served for nine years on the U.S. International Trade Commission, including as chairman and vice chairman. She worked for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance between 1988 and 1995, first as a professional staff member and eventually as chief international trade counselor. Marcia also worked for the law firms of Kelley Drye & Warren and Wilmer Cutler Pickering, as well as the American Textile Manufacturers Institute.
Marcia earned a master’s degree from the School of Advanced International Studies, The Johns Hopkins University, Washington, D.C. and a bachelor’s degree in international studies and political science from Miami University in Ohio.
